LV car insurance Covid refund

I was on the phone to LV about a change to my car insurance and mentioned that my car had been in the drive for four months.... I was immediately told they offered some kind of compensation refund, 'but you have to ask for it.' I looked on the website and it certainly isn't obvious. They are sending me £25 just for asking. Very nice but they should give ti to everyone!
