open banking windows or web?

I have seen some apps provided by the banks that offer account aggregation through open banking. However I'd be much happier with something that could run in a browser or as a windows program. I'm only after simple account balance aggregation to save me updating a spreadsheet. Any recommendations?

I thought online banking would show once set up on mobile. Maybe not, banks like everyone else are pushing towards mobile.
