Massive Hit On Credit Score By Hard Searches

So my score was hit by -70 points last month as I had a hard search against my record by BT and Talk Talk, yet this month (after a BT install) it only goes up by 15. Bit annoyed but hey ho.

The impact of the hard searches will be minimal, particularly if you don't intend to make any other credit applications over the next few months. As above, ignore the score - the number is meaningless - and focus on your credit history (ie. the actual contents of your credit files).1
