revolut logged me off the app, how can I contact them?

Yesterday I opened the app and I was logged off. Therefore I can't contact them via the in-app help.
I tried logging to my account but when I put my phone number it takes me to 'create a new account'...
How can I contact them? (I guess I have to use my email, so they know its me... but I can't seem to find any email contact...)

Send them a letter to their registered address? Ask them on Twitter? Or, if you haven't got any money in there, just put it down to experience and use a proper bank.0

I contacted them on facebook but they don't seem to reply... I do have money and I am studying abroad that's why I use it.0

But then again, a simple search soon brings up their contact details. I would show OP how, but I cannot be bothered!0 -

Where 'abroad' are you? There might be alternatives to Revolut for you. Although you should probably stop transacting the way you do, as if something spooked Revolut, all other outfits are likely to be spooked, too.0 -
Thank you colsten. I got their email from 'google play store', I emailed them, then they said "If you are unable to reach us via in app chat, please reply to this email and include the phone number you use". So... I replied once more, and now I am waiting.
(I am in Sweden, not sure which other alterantives I have, my money is in the UK), what do you mean by " as if something spooked Revolut, all other outfits are likely to be spooked, too."0 -
Good luck with the email. I still think you should use Twitter, as that is public (obviously not about your account details) and they will respond swiftly.
If you are in Sweden, you'll be limited to currency transfer services such as Revolut or Transferwise for exchanging money, unless you want to use unattractive rates with banks.
Something that occurred on your Revolut account obviously spooked them, which is why they blocked your account. It might have been how you spent your money, or from whom you received money, or something else. Whatever it was, it would very likely to also spook other providers, and they'd also stop providing a service to you.0 -

Revolut are notoriously hard to have a conversation with and their compliance system is very sensitive to anything irregular. I've had an account with them since they started, it's been very useful but I rarely use it these days and certainly wouldn't keep any substantial funds with them.
I hope you get it sorted and I hope you have an alternative source of funds meanwhile.Evolution, not revolution0 -
This Bank shouldn't be operating. I too contacted them via their app on chat, to dispute a transaction. I chatted to various advisors, then I suddenly was unable to get access to the chat. I reported the transaction dispute again, and they said we need more details. but I'm unable to give that. How a bank can operate like this remains a mystery.0
