Very surprised to learn today that the validity of Reward vouchers which have expired during the Covid lockdown period is not being extended as, and I quote, " Unfortunately, as reward vouchers are valid for 15 months they were not extended to the Covid-19 outbreak."  This seems a very strange decision.  The amount involved insofar as I'm concerned is minimal.  It's the principle!

    The food halls have been. I can see both sides & I would certainly try asking nicely if it were me.

    Whether or not they have been open during COVID does not make a great deal of difference if you have been shielding, which my wife and I have!

    It’s down to them as a retailer and promotional offerer as to what they do and don’t do with their vouchers. 

    If they decide to not extend them then so be it.

    You could have shopped on line.  Everyone needs knickers/underpants etc.
