Frequency of credit file update

Does anyone know how often experian updates? and how many credit reports you can produce in a day to reflect this? Waiting on a mortgage offer and im trying to see if the hard search has been done, logged onto experian middle of last night, which produced a report for today, would this mean that any other times i check my report today, it will be bringing up that one; and therefore might not capture any updates added throughout today?

It updates in real time.

You can view your report as often as you want, but unless you're viewing a live version, it won't change until the next month.
