You know how to appeal a hire car PCN, from the NEWBIES thread. Use the version by Edna Basher in the section about hire/company cars - and DON'T ask us for a link to that.
Also upload to ParkingEye as well, a scan of the driver's receipt. DO NOT call it 'my' receipt.
ONLY tick 'lessee/hirer' (NOT DRIVER, OBVIOUSLY).
