Uber Eats has taken out a separate £2.00 charge after a recent order

I recently ordered on Uber Eats and noticed that I have also been charged a separate £2.00 to my actual bill. I have queried this on their Uber App but they sent me back an initial message stating that it was probably  a pending payment. I have sent them another two messages confirming that the amount has now left my account ( also confirmed by my bank). I have also asked them to explain why this amount has been taken from my bank account but they have not replied. I tried calling them but it does not allow you to speak to support if you do not currently have an issue with an order and redirects you to the Uber app. I have also tried a email address but I got a response saying that it is not monitored.  I would be grateful if anyone knows how else to get in touch with Uber Eats and possibly make a complaint and get an explanation from them.
