Global Exchange cards - can you get your money back?

Hi all,
I am hoping that someone may be able to help me. I went to Morocco in March 2019 and acquired a Global Exchange card at Marrakech airport. I put 1000MAD onto the card (about £80) but I didn't actually spend it, and now I've rediscovered it again under a pile of old travel souvenirs!
The slip says that the balance cannot be spent outside of Morocco but I am wondering if there is anyway that I might be able to get the money back. Has anyone had a similar issue?
Any advice or help in the right direction would be appreciated.
