Furlough pay

Hi, I just wondered if anyone can help me please.
My husband was placed on furlough at the very beginning. Before furlough he was paid weekly, then when his boss told him he was being furloughed he said he will have to now pay him monthly.
In March he received his pay On the 23/03
in April it was 29/04
then he didn’t receive a payment in June he received it on 03/07
now it is aug 5th and we still have no sign of money and when he contacted his boss about it he is saying that he hasn’t received the money from HMRC and is now ignoring calls/texts when we asking for the ref number from when he submitted it.

What can we do? Bills are now going unpaid and we have very little funds to live on

Your husband should log on to his personal tax account and see what it says he has been paid. He should check what his contract of employment, as amended by any furlough agreement, says about payment dates. With this information to hand, he can contact Citizens Advice or ACAS to get advice on how to take it forward.0

Thanks for your reply,
he hasn’t had a contract of employment nor has he had any amendment for furlough, just a phone call and texts. He doesn’t even get given a payslip! It’s an absolute joke0 -
The employer is almost certainly using your husband's furlough money for short term cashflow - illegally.
As @Jeremy535897 has already said, log in to your personal tax account and see what HMRC have been told you've been "paid".

He should have had a P60 in April, get the code from that and check if he is in employment on HMCR website.
HMRC didn't pay my CJRS, so I have been without a wage for 5 months, and I am not entitled to any benefits, it could be the company is also not getting paid by HMRC.

@LeicesterWorker - a new thread would be better. However, HMRC pay the furlough to your employer, not to you directly. You should be paid by the employer irrespective of whether the company claimed from HMRC.1
