what difference does it make if a promotional balance shows as non-promotional?

I just checked my MSE credit record and one of my credit card balances which is at 0% is shown as a non promotional balance. Is it worth raising an issue with Experian, or should I leave it? Finishes in February and I'll probably want to transfer part of the balance [could pay off if I can't get another deal] The other two credit agencies don't report if a balance is promotional as far as I can see. I'm just wondering if it's more bother than it's worth to raise an issue for the sake of 6 months?

I would raise it and have it corrected. Not being able to clear an interest bearing balance gives a very different impression to having a 0% balance.1
