Has anyone been able to claim a refund for a cancelled cruise from Celestyal Cruises? We have only been offered a credit which, if unused before December 2021 we will get a refund.  I find this totally unacceptable for various reasons -one being our age and two this was to have been our golden wedding celebration

Assuming it was the provider who cancelled the cruise then legally you're entitled to a (cash) refund within 14 days under the Package Travel Regulations, so if you've asked for this and been refused, then you could seek a chargeback from your card provider if you paid by credit or debit card, or a Letter Before Action ahead of a small claims court case if you didn't.
