No working boiler for over 4 months

  • The original homecare engineer said the fault was not repairable by them and would require an electrician. Thereby absolving them of the problem. This was factually incorrect as confirmed by the homecare engineer who was sent this week to independently assess the situation. All that was required was a readily available part.

    He also tried to leave us with no working immersion owing to to using the wrong fuse and blowing it. My husband corrected that.
