Supposedly Not As Described

I sell some empty card boxes and a few other related bits for a game.
Buyer 1 says they think I am scamming, despite the description clearly saying empty boxes. They even bid and say they won't be paying.
After relisting, a new (but suspiciously only 4 score) buyer says they're interested. Pays around £40 for the whole lot.
They initially wanted me to post to another address but I said I'd only post to the address on the PayPal email. They chose to collect from Argos.
I posted it and then read a message saying they hope the game is good fun. I declined to message back reminding them it was empty boxes. The second sales page also make it very clear it was empty boxes.
Buyer has sent a. Essage today saying they "don't like the item" and have started an eBay returns. For someone with just 4 score, they clearly have been a long time user of ebay.
The return states there was only one box and not everything that was shown in the photo, especially a small but most valuable themed badge. There was I can assure you.
I have asked the buyer what they don't like about the item.
I suspect it may be the first buyer being funny. More so, I also bet next months payslip that they'll return half the items, not the small but most valuable piece they said was missing.
I sent it recorded.
Do I have any come back here? I don't get why ebay forces returns by asks sellers if they will accept a return.
Yes, yes, I know, more fool me for selling to someone with a low score.

You didn't need to send it 'recorded' (or signed for as it's called nowadays) unless you needed the extra value insurance?
You could fight it, but that's your call. Likely is the buyer will win and be asked to return it at your cost.
More fool you? No, not at all, you can't tar all buyers with the same brush and you can't exclude someone with 4 feedback. That's just how it is.0 -
Does the item title say that it’s empty boxes only, or it’s just in the item description when someone clicks on more details? If the cost of the boxes is similar to the game, someone would not expect empty boxes.
Maybe if you're selling something similar in future that has one element that is valuable and another that is a lot less, consider selling the items separately. You might have already done this but if you’re selling empty boxes, take a photo with the box opened up, to show that it is empty.0
