It's not so much that people support insurance companies, it's more that a lot of people who have little understanding pipe up with rubbish like "they make millions!" or "how does it cost them £20 just to change a name?" and other pearls of wisdom that demonstrate not just a lack of understanding of how insurance works, but of how business in general works.echos_mum said:I am bemused at some comments that indicate a sense of support for insurance companies!
