my friend and i booked to see Andre Rue on the 8th march through Shearing's but the concert was cancelled and now shearings have gone into liquidation, how do we go about getting a refund

You're hopefully not just starting to consider this matter six months (or more) down the line, which avenues have you pursued thus far?  How did you pay?
