Vueling flights refund not received

It's Loveholidays who'll need to refund you, not Vueling, and, assuming it's a package, they are legally obliged to do so within 14 days of cancellation, regardless of when they receive the refund from Vueling, although they, and most other companies, are ignoring that deadline. If you have run out of patience and can't extract any sort of commitment from them to pay in sensible timescales, you may be able to make a chargeback claim via your credit or debit card if you paid via one of those, although this needs to be done within 120 days of the planned travel or the cancellation so you may be cutting it fine....

my booking was made in December 2019 for 05/09/2020 to 10/09/2020 but on Vueling website, there's no flight going on 05/09/2020 to Alicante from Cardiff it's been changed to 03/09/2020 (which we cannot make as my husband cannot get extra time off).....Not received any notification of this ....today I received an e-mail still stating outbound flight for 05/09/2020 but informing me my inbound flight time for 10/09/2020 has been changed .......there's an acceptance button which I haven't clicked as I'm concerned they will then change outbound date + state I've accepted it without my knowledge......really don't know what to do ..... I've tried phoning but no answer i'd be grateful for any suggestions ....thank you

Getting Vueling to do that might be the difficult part, they're difficult to contact and their service is not good. It may be that they haven't got round to notifying you of the cancellation yet (some airlines are waiting until around 14 days to do that). I presume that you know about the cancellation and move of the outbound flight by logging into your booking?
I'd agree not to click anything about accepting changes just in case it does do something in their system which means you've accepted the outbound change. In the meantime keep trying to contact them.1 -
Thank you ....I agree I think they'll be waiting until 2 weeks time but I received an email earlier: stating I can cancel + have a flight credit but does not state flight on 5th September has been canceled again I haven't clicked on this button either as I want a full refund0
