Quarantine change whilst abroad - wages

I'm meant to be going to France, for a week, on Saturday but am wary of the quarantine rules changing whilst I'm away.
As it stands I won't have to quarantine upon my return but if Boris changes this, whilst I'm away, should my place of work pay me if I have to quarantine for two weeks?
Decisions, decisions.

No, they don't need to pay you.
But whether they will or not depends on your contract and their policies.0 -
