can my work incorporated my annual leave into my furlough?

just received email from my company saying
"we require you to take your holiday that has been carried over from 2019/2020 in June. This amounts to 100 hours of annual leave. Annual leave does not interrupt furlough, which will continue. You have agreed to a reduction to 80% pay during furlough, however, payment for annual leave will be at your normal pay due to legal requirements. For clarity, holiday is incorporated into furlough payments, not in addition to"
on my payslip it said 80% furlough and a top up of an extra £163 and told that's my 100 hours all used.

can they use furlough to pay my annual leave like this?
thanks for any help

As per the 400 people on here starting threads since March asking exactly the same question: yes they can.

To add to the above, yes, they can choose when you take your leave.

They didn't do that, they topped it up with the extra 20% as the holiday pay has to be at full rate.
Furlough is there to support employers as well as employees, so they benefit from not having to pay the majority of the holiday pay; just the 20%.
