Attraction tix refusing refund on Sep DLP tickets - any advice out there?

A few weeks ago Attraction tix offered an 80% refund on our park tickets which I should have taken when park was closed. Our outward flight has since been cancelled and as a family we agreed it wasn't the right time for us to go, contacted Attraction tix who informed me that Disney t&cs state no refunds so they cant refund the customer. We are now £700 out of pocket. Feel aggrieved as at no point did they say the 80% was a time limited offer, can they do this?
Thanks

Yes, as long as it exceeded your rights, which it certainly appears to.1

You could try asking to move the dates of the tickets or get a voucher instead as goodwill?
Or see if you can claim on travel insurance instead, but given there is no government advice about travel to France unfortunately you might not get anything, unless things change by September.1
