Running up credit on electricity bill but provider has block on minimum monthly payments

Sorry, although I understand the point that the graph is trying to make, it has several errors.
- 'consuption' and 'econsumption';
- there's no consumption in December; and
- there should be equal amounts of orange below the green line as above, but (letting July & August cancel out) there are six months of significant underpayment supposedly balanced by only three months of slight overpayment.

Yep, there's a spelling mistake, sorrry about that. Unfortunately the bar showing the December consumption of 15% managed to get cut off the graph when it was being cut & pasted and i didn't notice
I can assure you that this is exactly how my energy consumption pans out over the year (I've used my own consumption profile based on ten years worth of monthly readings) and it usually balances within ten quid or so at the end of 12 months. The point at which the cumulative payment covers the cumulative consumption would be around the middle of July because I use significantly less energy (about 30%) between April and October than I do in the five winter months.
I've only once started a new deal in January, usually it's at some other random time of the year, consequently the length of time and amount that I'm either in credit or debit changes but it always balances out.
In fact my present deal with Symbio finishes on 1st September and I estimate that I'll have used 7193kwh of my 7200kwh estimate (today's meter reading was on target) and, had Symbio not faffed around with my DD last November and December, my DD payments would have been spot on (within a pound). However, they tried being clever and reduced it late last year but I got it reinstated, so I'll actually owe them about £34 when the 12 months is upNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
