Had you ever held a FlexDirect a/c before?

Did you have one of those accounts previously? They only offered the 5% as an introductory rate once per person, but if you were entitled to open one at 5% in January then you should have continued to receive the introductory rate for the first year of holding the account, provided you met the conditions for earning interest.0

I opened a FlexDirect a/c at the end of April before the rate dropped and I am still getting 5% on £2500.
It is my first NW account though.0
