agreed price versus asking price

hometrack use to publish results, which i can no longer see.

anywhere else i can see these results for a postcode or does anyone know for london?

    In my postcode asking price to agreed price ratio is 96%

    I used to have details of a website that showed local properties with the original asking price, and then updated them every few days to show how much they had been reduced by. Does anyone have details for it ... I can't remember it for the life of me!

    cant see where to look on netprices or hometrack

    Sold prices search then put in post code. (orange text box)
