Hometrack still does it - just type in your postcode.
In my postcode asking price to agreed price ratio is 96%poppy100 -
I used to have details of a website that showed local properties with the original asking price, and then updated them every few days to show how much they had been reduced by. Does anyone have details for it ... I can't remember it for the life of me!:hello: :wave: please play nicely children !0
