Not sure what is going on here. Why did you ask for tracking. Was there a fault, before you changed the tyres?
In the photo, it looks like the wheel nuts were loose and you need new brake discs. I would suggest you take it to a Mercedes dealer.
Basically I've done the tracking/wheel alignment because I bought 4 new tyres and I said is better to make sure I have everything alright.
Before to buy the tyres, the car was alright, never pulled to any side, and how I explained earlier, after they put the new tyres and done the tracking, my car was pulls very slightly to the left (on top of the camber of the road) and the steering wheel was not in the middle position. This makes me to return to the garage for a re-check of the tracking and to ask them to fix the problem with steering wheel. After they worked on, it starts to pull very bad to the left.
Regarding the wheel nuts, there was NOT lose any of them.
The brake disks are quite acceptable so will be alright for one more set of pads.
Trust me, always I perform service only at Mercedes or an mercedes specialist, but on this occasion I found there a better price for tyres.
My question was how I can make them to repair what they broke.
    Thanks
    In your photo:
There is clearly a gap between the wheel and the brake disc
There is clearly wear on that disc
Only my opinion. Please feel free to ignore it, but do NOT be so aggressive to those who are offering you advice.

Apologies if you think I was aggressive, this was not my intention.
Regarding that gap, I fixed when I took the wheel off and I put it back. No gap anymore.
Today I had the second check on my car (brakes, suspension, articulation, exhaust, battery, fluids etc) and everything are alright (this was performed at another garage).
    Cheers

Don't take it to Kwik Fit. That will be jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire.
My exact thoughts when I read that

When I saw the title of the thread, I was expecting to read that NT had accidentally set the car on fire or written it off whilst on a test run!

I agree with others and dont use Kwik fit and same for National Tyres, Ive used Pro Tyre before and I cant complain about them but my question is as its a Merc why dont you take it to a Mercedes dealer to fit the tyres.

Plenty of other options than National tyres and Kwik fit, get better service at these tyre fitters.

In March, on my partner car, Mercedes as well, we change the tyres at ProTyre, no problems at all, and the alignment even today, is perfectly accurate.
As I mentioned before, the reason was tyres, I mean, it was the only place who had on stock 4 tyres, same brand, same model and different sizes.
Today, ProTyre checked my car (with Hunter), and they said everything is fine, the alignment is fine, in the tolerance (I dont have the paper at me at the moment), suspension is fine, brakes, it was an full check.
So, I went back to National Tyres, I told them about what's going on, show them the picture with rear wheel, and that guy from there, he admitted is unacceptable what they did, and tomorrow morning will sorted out. It said the alignment it could be wrong because that wheel was not fitted properly. (I'm a bit not sure about what he said, and honestly I don't think that's the reason, because before to work on the steering wheel, the alignment was alright).
Anyway, I give them the last try tomorrow morning, and if they don't fix it, I will contact my bank to chase the money back and I will raise an formal complaint against them.
(About tyres, for example, at Mercedes Gloucester & Cheltenham, the price was almost with 50% higher than what I paid at National, and in the end, is just about to change some tyres, so nothing very difficult, in theory, for them).

Once again, English is not my native language, and I don't know exactly how to use the correct words.
Thanks God, was not the case :)

The print out is dated 30th July which is 7 days ago and in the last 7 days you have taken the car to France and done around 3000 miles?

Many years ago we bought a brand new MB Class - it dorve well but always pulled slight to the left compared to the bmw 5 weries we had before but a tyre change made it worse - we even got suspension bits changed and rechecked and the tracking etc and then paid someone else -  Mercs, as they get older some pull and new tyres make a difference to this. The machine that prints out like the one you used is almost fool proof unless they forget to tighten up unless machine is fault. However, Mercedes are odd cars even never ones the S class we have, same tyres from new but now pulling slightly more to the left we note it but they tell us tracking is spot on - the tracking people could have easily said it was off and charge us 70 odd quid.
Our son has a MB GLE bought brand new about 18 months ago - potholes bad roads has gadully made that car pull slightly to the left and MB looked at it said nothing wrong but driving it like our S sclass you get that little niggle at times having to weigh down on the steering more to the right

We are thinking of getting a GLS, Merc but will test drive that in a few months - we have a range Rover, quite new, had to get a new front try after about 5k miles, car pulled to the right so we had the new tyre that cost us 600 moved to the back now drives like new.

Personally I don't think the garage is to blame but it was your car on old tyres that may have worn unevenly making it drive straight - good luck

The print date it was wrong, I have 4 or 5 papers from them, and is a difference of 2 days ahead.
And yes, I travel to Italy, and yes, the journey it was around 3000 miles
