Curry’s returns

Can anybody give me advise on returning a tv? I purchased a New tv From curry’s 5 months ago and it broke just under 4 months of having it. Curry’s will not replace it Samsung have repaired it twice and still it is not working, does anybody know if I can get it replaced? Both Samsung and curry’s are passing the problem on to each other, now i just don’t know what to do.

Your consumer rights lie solely with Currys, within 6 months any fault is deemed to be inherent and Currys should know this and be offering  you either a refund or replacement (as a another repair clearly isn't appropriate after 2 previous ones).

The law (Consumer Rights Act 2015) says that the seller has a single attempt to make the goods conform to contract. If they still fail to conform then the consumer can exercise their Final Right To Reject the goods for a refund. And if they exercise the FRTR within 6 months from purchase then the refund must be in full.

What exactly is wrong with it?
Just so we can clarify if its not working in general, or not working for your specific requirements.

Hi, the tv turns on and off constantly, it stay on for 5 seconds then goes of then turns back on again.

Did you contact Samsung or Currys to orgainse the repairs?
