Bath panel clips help

How do I fit a bath panel using these supplied fittings? Can’t find and info online and the panel came with no instructions.

OK guessing?
Hole at top screwed to top of bath rim underside. Bath panel pushed up at angle and bottom of clip traps it against inner rim.
