There is no information because the parcel has never been scanned by RM. Usually RM will scan it when they receive it, and it shows in the tracker. Which leads me to believe that: (a) it hasn't even been dispatched by the retailer (they were adamant they dispatched it on Thurs 23 July); (b) somehow got lost on the journey between retailer and RM; or (c) wasn't scanned by RM when they received it and it's now somewhere in their facility.
