Redundancy and accrued holiday pay.....what date must employer give notice to take holiday
Comments
-
looks fine 2 separate holiday periods.
The notice periods are independent as long as there is a gap between the holiday periods.
Notice 13th for a 4 day period 24th august is 10 days+ notice more than double.
notice 10th for a 24 day period 28th Sept 48 days notice
Since holidays can be in 1/2 day increments it is possible to cram a lot of holidays into a short period with double notice.
With 4 weeks notice easy to give notice to take 3 weeks holiday.
With 12weeks notice 23 days was going to be a doddle.
