Redundancy and accrued holiday pay.....what date must employer give notice to take holiday

    looks fine 2 separate holiday periods.

    The notice periods are independent as long as there is a gap between the holiday periods.

    Notice 13th for a 4 day period 24th august is 10 days+ notice  more than double.
    notice 10th for a 24 day period 28th Sept 48 days notice

    Since holidays can be in 1/2 day increments it is possible to cram a lot of holidays into a short period with double notice.
    With 4 weeks notice easy to give notice to take 3 weeks holiday.
    With 12weeks notice 23 days was going to be a doddle.
