is this a speed camera UK

Hi,
I was driving down the road; think speed limit is 20mph. I didn't check my speedometer but the road was very clear so may have been slightly over max 25mph. 

was wondering; is this a speeding camera?

Where, exactly?

It's probably just a CCTV camera with an anti vandal cage around it, maybe monitoring a busy junction.

Are you sure it's a camera - it's difficult to say from the photo. I suspect it's some sort of air quality monitor.

That's not an average speed camera. I'd suggest it's CCTV monitoring the crossing point directly ahead at the nursery school.

It's a bit strange to have a camera in a cage.  My bet is air monitoring.
