Ryanair Flight Change (Can’t do it!)

I’m due to fly with Ryanair on the 6th August (booked in February to Spain for £845). Ive already checked in to my flights which means I can’t change the flights. I’m willing to pay the fees (begrudgingly) but I can’t get anyone on ChatBot, I can’t through on the phone lines. Does anyone know if I’ll have any rights at all if I can’t them to ‘uncheck’ me in. Any ideas? Is it worth a trip to the airport reservations desk to see if they can help? Help!!!!

I managed to get them to reply through Facebook messenger but it took days of trying. Every morning I added another message and on day 5 they replied. I was in the same situation and needed unchecked to change flight but I believed I was 7 days away from my flight and should have been able to change for free but it kept charging me a change fee. At that point I couldn’t get anybody to respond so gave up.0

They want to charge me £500 to change them but only have dates to March. Ugh!0
