Love Holidays multiple credit notes - how to use them

My holiday was cancelled by Love Holidays and I took the credit note worth £1123 and booked a 2021 holiday. However, when I booked and used the credit note, it only took £740 from the new balance. This was because Ryanair hadn't refunded the flights to Love Holidays so the flight refund was not included. Today I was sent another credit note to refund the flights but there is no way to use it to pay the remaining balance on my 2021 holiday. Please help as it is impossible to contact Love Holidays to ask them how to use this 2nd credit note.
