How to get a replacment V5 abroad

Hello,I wonder if anyone knows how to get a replacement V5 as I have lost mine.I am currently in Bulgaria and cant drive through EU countries without the vehicles V5. Tia

But they're very slow at the moment because of the Covid closure backlog.
And they're only sent to the address on the V5C, so I hope somebody can forward it... Your issue is going to be the first couple of border crossings - BG/RO, RO/HU - once you're into Schengen, you're laughing.0 -
