Specified Adult Childcare Credits

We have claimed ‘Childcare Credits’ for my wife for several years now, due to her taking care of our granddaughter whilst our daughter works. There have been no issues, the form gets completed and a years credit is applied to her pension, an excellent boost.
We now have a second granddaughter who she will be caring for as well (our son’s daughter).
My question is can she apply for two separate Childcare Credits, one from each mother. Thereby adding two years to her pension total?

I would have thought that the credit would only apply for the year it is being claimed for so it makes no difference how many mothers it's claimed for.
