Thinking of a garden room for gym and office about 6m x 4m.

Studio style cabins quickly add up to 25k
How much would an equivalent brick version cost?

At £2k psqm, that's £50k.

We had a brick outhouse built 2016 cost about £10k I think (part of a complete garden landscaping project total £25k).

Where in the country are you?  If you are near me, I will recommend the company we used as they are brilliant.

6x4 is the biggest off-the-shelf, but £14k.

Just had few quotes in Birmingham 15..20k for brick room 50k u must live next door to the queen

I doubt that the contractor I used will want to go as far as Edgbaston.  Maybe if you threw in tickets to the cricket?
