Hi, is there anyone out there that can help me get in touch with virgin holidays not virgin atlantic I'm trying to cancel my holiday but no one will get in touch with me I still have to pay for the holiday but I don't want to go so I don't see why I should pay the rest of the money I know I will lose my deposit which I'm fine with. Been in touch with virgin atlantic and they say it's nothing to do with them because I booked it through a virgin travel agents. I have tried lots of numbers but no one is about to speak to. Can someone please help me.

I’ve found them to be the same, there is no easy way to contact them unless travelling within 21 days, which doesn’t help in this situation!

 On this forum I found a WhatsApp number +44 20 3322 3289 and actually got 2 replies from a human before they  went silent again for the past 3 days.
