Voluntary Redundancy

I work, and am paid, term time only and receive 5.6 weeks holiday pay in August. I have been with my employer for 6 years. They have asked me to consider voluntary redundancy. The offer I have been made is the statutory requirement plus 70p which they propose to pay along with my holiday pay in August.
Should I not still receive 6 weeks notice of redundancy, or pay in lieu, even if the redundancy is voluntary? Am I still entitled to my full holiday pay?
