I did try to put it in writing on their online message but was I was told I had to call them to change it,MalMonroe said:That's a weird bank though because every bank I've ever used has requested information such as change of address, etc., in writing. That way, there's no argument if they deny having received the information, too. The fact that they stopped the new debit card is good, protection for you, even if they do seem a bit dozy.which is what I did as I did not want card going to old address but unfortunately, it didn’t make any difference because the card system that send the cards out was not updated. I have double-checked now and my account looks like it has the updated address. So just waiting for the card.0
