Pre Booked holiday during Furlough / Redundancy

I have just been made redundant and I am now working out my entitlement for my final paycheck. My manager has said that because I had 10 pre booked days holiday I am now not entitled to any further holiday payments. However these holiday were during furlough and I was only paid the basic 80% of my salary for the whole month. I understand that on furlough you are entitled to 100% pay and your employee can claim back the 80% and top up the rest. However as I have only been paid the 80% and not notice on my payslip saying that I have taken my holiday and I still entitled to claim all 10 days holiday in full in my August pay check?
On the GOV website it states: "Holidays must have been paid at your full salary. This means that your employer must have topped up your furlough pay. Days off that you received furlough pay for (rather than your full salary) do not count against your annual leave entitlement. You can claim these as holiday pay."
What are my rights here?

You should point the guidance out to them and ask for the pay to be topped up.0

I have pointed this out to them, however they are now saying that I have taken the pre booked holidays. Even though I haven't been paid for them nor have they been highlighted on my paycheck. I just feel that I have been punished financially because of their mistake and lack of understanding.
As it states on GOV that days off which you received furlough pay for do not count against your annual leave entitlement.0 -
If they say that you have taken the holidays, why haven't they paid you for them?0

His reply was that he didn't know he had to pay 100% for them...0
