Why was the 5 year warranty cancelled?

2 have you changed the filter

I’m really sorry @powerful_Rogue and @Sandtree, my internet is bugged and I got the messages way after I posted responses! Just read them now.
@Sandtree, it is just an ice maker issue and we use it often, but not frequently. The rest of the fridge works. Filters are changed regularly too @walesdave
The auto defrost is insufficient. Ran it 4 times in one go already!
ill have another chat with John Lewis on Monday with what I know now to see if I can come to a resolution. I was hypothesising about small claims court before being able to read the responses @powerful_rogue. Fingers crossed! I’ll keep all updated till then!
