Hi can anyone help? Recently I purchased 2 tickets for an animal experience for me and my wife's 30th anniversary. The website let me choose a date and time for the event. Now they have emailed me with a voucher cancelling the event under government advice. They refuse to refund my money, so I can rearrange an alternative. And they are still selling tickets even though they know that they can't fulfill them . Is this miss selling and am I entitled to a refund.
