Hi i would like some advise i have got to open my daughter an account that she cannot touch until she is 18 were no one is a trustee on the account its for compensation its for a decent amount its to much for a isa account but the judge wont release funds until its in an account that no one can take out anything until she is 18 thank you x

This doesn't make sense.
The money cannot be released to a non JISA account in the name of the child (how old is the child)?
The money cannot be released into an account in the name of a Trustee to hold in bare trust for the child.
The only answer seem to be for the money to be held by the court and released year by year into a JISA?
