Damaged goods bought online from German company - my right to a refund
Comments

So someone has rolled over the edge of the mat whilst sitting on the office chair (is the highly probable cause of the fault).0

I don't see how that's relevant - I bought it new and it arrived damaged, so I haven't used it. If someone had used it before me it is not new, either way, under UK law I'd be entitled to a full refund, my question is whether I have the same rights if the goods were shipped from Germany.DoaM said:So someone has rolled over the edge of the mat whilst sitting on the office chair (is the highly probable cause of the fault).0 -
Apologies - I didn't read back. I assumed the thread was in relation to a fault that developed. If that's the way it arrived then I refer back to my first response on page 1 - I've nothing further I can add.

As said your rights depend upon German law and that may or may not help re fund and returning .
Not sure how you find the relevant German laws .
