Coronavirus 2nd grant

Hi
so I keep looking in to the 2nd grant and worried weather it’s claimable for my self. I work in new build housing we have constant work but I’m down to 4 days a week and we’ve had a 10% pay cut. My worry is if I claim the grant then work picks up which I think it will and then I end up earning what I would normally thoughoout the year and Hmrc coming back for the money. Just looking for some clarity really

If you currently are experiencing reduced levels of work, your business has been adversely affected by coronavirus after 13 July. If you happen to earn more later on, for example by working longer hours, that is irrelevant. Just keep the evidence that you have concerning current reduced levels of work.
  • Brill I’m cis anyway so should all be seen I’m off work next week. (No material) also I have a email from the builder aswell telling me I have a 10% pay cut due to Covid
