Dimmable LED strip lighting advice

Hello, I am redoing my kitchen and plan to put a 5m strip of LED lighting below the units above the plinth.
I want to make this dimmable and connect it as a third switch (along with existing wall and undercupboard light switches) on the lighting circuit.
A few things I'd like some advice on:
the strip- does this need to be specifically a dimmable one? And can it easily go around a corner?
The driver: I understand this is required to lower the voltage to the LED strip. Any idea on what kind I will need for this job? Also, is it easy to connect this to the lighting circuit? The ones I have seen usually end in a socket.
The switch: this has to be LED compatible. Anything else to be aware of?
I think these 3 things are all I need. If anyone has experience with this kind of thing any help would be much appreciated.
