If you were in Spain when you could fly and 2 days before coming home they changed to you have to quarantine for 14 days would you be able to claim second grant

The business has to be adversely impacted by coronavirus after 14th July.
If the above event occurs and results in the adverse impact on the business, then I would say you can apply. The event and the impact are two separate things. It is the impact that qualifies for SEISS.0 -
yes I have to lose money as I cannot leave the house for 14 days so had to give jobs up
