The more I think about these crazzies, the more stupid they become.

The answer to these crazzies is DON'T instruct the dodgy legals to add the fake £60 as the claim is doomed
The sheer lack of intelligence in the parking industry is astounding.
OR, don't be misled by legals to add £60 ....... you will be scuppered AS YOU WELL KNOW

It appears that the link in my recent post above times out.  Input BW Legal and it will bring up all the decisions.

I particularly like the complaint from Miss B. It will make you smile.

  • Hi - on the SAR from my PCo, they list the additional debt as "Debt Recovery Charge" and it's is shown as £50.00. Is it worth referring to this inconsistency in my defence?

    Why wouldn't you?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
