Flexible Furlough

Over the last few months my employer has had me on furlough for three weeks, then worked three weeks, then after the first six weeks, I was not re furloughed as the company didnt want to abuse the scheme. However, other members of staff were re furloughed. However, since July I've been labelled as flexible furlough (signed an agreement that I would be paid 80%) and have now found out that I will not be paid - because I didnt work 7 days during July - so don't qualify. Is this correct ?

No, they're pulling a fast one.
You should be paid 100% for when you worked and a minimum of 80% (that they can claim from the CJRS) for the hours/days you were furloughed. Do not accept/agree to anything that they say regarding not being paid.
