Can redundancy be capped at less than 20 years, for example if I have worked 18 years for my current employer and my contract says redundancy is capped at 12 weeks pay is that correct? Can an employer cap the redundancy that low? Thanks in advance for any answers

If they are paying more than statutory redundancy of 1.5 weeks pay a year (so 30 weeks pay) then of course.0
