thanks for reply
But I am still paying these debts (most of which have dropped off) what should my next step be please?
I have disputing them way back when but not of late and they were all present approx 2 years ago when I last checked my credit report0 -
So those debts have essentially gone now? should i cancel my standing orders to things not on my credit reports anymore?0

You don`t have a next step, nothing has changed, the debts are still enforcable, and still live, its just that they are no longer reported to your credit file. They have not gone anywere, if you don`t keep up payments, you can still be chased for them, and have court action taken if deemed nessessary.Your creditor still has full details of each account, your liability has not ended.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
