Same here. 🙂 Fortunately, no one can stay over at the moment otherwise they'd have a field day in our guest room. 🤣Bacman said:

OMG, six cases is a lot of wine! Do you have a special occasion coming up?Bacman said:Yeah, we got 30 bottles of wine and I was just going to get 2 pots of mustard as well however my wife persuaded me to add a few other items onto our delivery as well as the mustard!
Stocking up for a few months actually; have a couple of bottles a week.0 -

My friend is visiting tomorrow and is staying overnight; socially distanced of course..
Our 1st social visitor since before lockdown. She'll definitely be making inroads into the recently acquired Sainsbury's cellar!0 -
Same here. 18 bottles of Prosecco will last me and Mrs Parcival until Christmas. Sister visiting for 3 days in September which will mean I need Sainsbury or Tesco to have this offer again.......0

This thread has been going longer than the offer was on for!0

That is a mere 3 cases, divided by 2-3 over the course of 22 weeks so perfectly responsibleparcival said:Same here. 18 bottles of Prosecco will last me and Mrs Parcival until Christmas. Sister visiting for 3 days in September which will mean I need Sainsbury or Tesco to have this offer again.......
Much as I love prosecco I don't go near it these days. Not just because my alcohol tolerance threshold has been reduced to near zero, but the sugar content and the potential for fizz to erode tooth enamel. But good luck to anyone that does enjoy it!No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.0 -

But good luck to anyone that does enjoy it!We stayed at a growers place in Bouzy a few years ago and one of the champagnes he produced was "zero dosage" - no added sugar. We didn't pay 52 Euros for it, he sold it direct for around 20 Euros.

Sainsbury's sometimes have an offer around the late August Bank Holiday but that seems a bit soon to be happening again.🤔parcival said:Same here. 18 bottles of Prosecco will last me and Mrs Parcival until Christmas.
